When a site it created to allow external users to access only, an option to 'Create New Account' continues to exist

Cause
The option to Create New Account is displayed to external users as the configuration highlighted below is enabled.
Resolution
In order to restrict anybody from creating a new external user account you should navigate to System Administration > Application Administration > User-Created Account
Uncheck the configuration Allow Users to self-create a SuccessFactors Learning account (Activating Identity Authentication Integration is a prerequisite to self-registration and Learning access)
Once the change is saved, then the option to Create New Account will no longer be available to select
