3350110 - How to Add Files from Library as Case Attachments


You have set up the Library in your SAP Service Cloud Version 2 system, and you would like to understand the steps to add files from library as attachments in cases.

Once the files are maintained in the library, you can follow the steps below to add them to your cases:

  1. Navigate to Cases work center.
  2. Open any case.
  3. Navigate to Attachments tab.
  4. Click +
  5. Choose Add From Library option.

At this point, a pop-up will be opened with the Library, showing all files available as per the user access rights. 

You can choose the file and click Add, and the same will be added as an attachment to the case.
