Within the External Request form, how can the date format be changes

The date pattern for the External Request Learning form is same as the default date pattern which is selected by the user. There is no option available currently which would specify a particular date pattern to use for the External Request Learning form

If the user has the permission to change their specific date format, then they would do so by accessing the Options and Settings functionality via the Links tile on the LMS homepage and adjust the Date Pattern ID selection accordingly.
