During the validation step for the Proxy Import tool, the system displayed the following message for my import file:

• You can't enter a user ID and proxy ID in combination with an assignment user ID and assignment proxy ID. Rows: [2,2]

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Navigate to Proxy Import
2. Select "Choose File" and open your file for import
3. Select "Import Proxies"
4. The validation message will be displayed above the "Choose File" button.

Information was added to columns ASSIGNMENT_ID_USERID and ASSIGNMENT_ID_PROXYID when the columns USERID and PROXYID already contain data to identify the users.

If you use fields ASSIGNMENT_ID_USERID and ASSIGNMENT_ID_PROXYID to identify the users, then USERID and PROXYID must be left blank. Make sure there are no spaces in these fields as well or the same error will happen.
