3350355 - How to add attachment to posted document with status 'U'

Attachment cannot be added to already posted document in Manage Journal Entries App because the EDIT button is inactive.

1. Enter App Manage Journal Entries.
2. Enter the JE document number.
3. EDIT button is grayed, therefore you are not able to edit the document and add attachment.

Document has Journal Entry Attribute 'U' (Posting in General Ledger Only).

A change of the posted Documents with status 'U' is not possible.  A change is only possible for Journal Entries which have an entry view.

You can check in KBA 3060075 - 'Edit button cannot be selected in app Manage Journal Entries' which processes creates documents with Journal entry Attribute (BSTAT) = 'U'

1. Enter 'Display Journal Entries'.

2. Select 'Services for Object' on the top header bar and 'Attachment List'.

3. Select 'New' and add attachment.
