3350445 - Company field shows "No data" in Add New Hire to Onboarding page

• Company is not appearing while initiate onboarding manually
• Company field shows "No data" in Add New Hire to Onboarding / Add New Recruit to Onboarding page
• (For SAP Support only) [][]Invalid property names: FOCompany/name.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Add New Hire to Onboarding page
2. Click select button besides Company field
3. Company list shows "No data"

FOCompany metadata “name” property is not available.

1. Go to "Manage Data", select type "Element Type Map for EC Migration".

If you can't find this type, you may need to enable the edit and view permission for these 4 objects:

2. In "Manage Data" -> "Element Type Map for EC Migration" page, check if the following records are available:

• HRIS Element ID = company
• GO Object Type = LegalEntity

3. Then in the "Element Field Map for EC Migration" section, check if the following lines are added; if not, please kindly add it:

• HRIS Field Name = name
• GO Field Name = name

4. After saving the data, do metadata refreshing via "OData API Metadata Refresh and Export", then the property “name” should be available.
