3350456 - When will COVID-19 onboarding panel/process be removed by ONB 1.0? - Onboarding 1.0

• Customer would like to confirm if there is any official schedule on COVID-19 panel/process that were added on 2020 in Onboarding 1.0.
• When will ONB 1.0 remove below panel/process from product’s level?
  • COVID-19 Expired List B Document
  • COVID-19 Physical Inspection Process

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

• As confirmed with product manager, we will be patching the change to the system to disable the additional Covid Panels so that the additional Physical verification process would not trigger after the date published by DHS (July 31, 2023).
• The Panels are themselves "deactivated" or "disabled", not "deleted".
• Customers/Employers themselves have until 31 August '23 to complete these activities. As of 1 August '23 however the Panels themselves will not show or trigger for New Onboarding activities.
• The Physical verification processes that are already triggered before the date need to be completed by the customer as per the guidelines.
• The List B expired documents related relaxation has been modified and is no longer applicable, there was a notification from DHS sometime back.
