3350458 - No task is triggered for ROOE rehires after restarting onboarding process

• After onboarding process is restarted for rehires using Rehire on Old Employment, no task is triggered and cannot proceed onboarding process further.
• (For SAP Support only) Caused by: com.successfactors.sca.ServiceApplicationException: User [xxxxxx] is not external user

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Restart onboarding process for ROOE rehire
2. Go to Onboarding Dashboard > go to rehire's detail page
3. No task is triggered for onboarding process

Process is restarted after the user has already become an active user: if check in Admin Center >> Data Inspector >> Table_USERS_SYSINFO, impacted ROOE rehire already has Valid=t (active user).

For ROOE, when today's date reach the target date of rehire, he/she will be automatically changed into an active user without any task/process to be completed.

Please complete/cancel onboarding process in time for ROOE rehires to avoid potential issue.
