3350564 - Error in Goods Receipt screen: "Tax region for country United States in item 1 is missing. You have to set the tax jurisdiction code manually on the Taxes tab."

Goods receipt created from time entry is in "in preparation" status and on selecting check, you get the following error:

"Tax region for country United States in item 1 is missing. You have to set the tax jurisdiction code manually on the Taxes tab."

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Goods and Services Receipts work center
2. Select view Receipts and Returns
3. Under Show by Documents-> select the goods receipt which is in preparation status
4. Select Check
   Error: Tax region for country United States in item 1 is missing. You have to set the tax jurisdiction code manually on the Taxes tab.
5. Delete and post buttons are also disabled in the goods receipt

The delivery address does not match in Goods receipt and purchase order and the Tax Jurisdiction Code is missing in the goods receipt under Delivery address details.

Please cancel the time entry which created the goods receipt and create a new time entry with correct details.
