Onboarding candidates are not able to see their custom Onboarding card even with the activities in place. When they click on the card the error appears: Error occurred - No data is available because this page is for new hires only.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Cause
OnboardingCandidateInfo is not complete with userId.
Resolution
If you are not using an integration tool or Employee Central to sync the OnboardingCandidateInfo with latest Onboarding data, you need to update it manually with userId.
