3350622 - JDBC ERRORCODE=-4499 after SSL setup to DB2


You see the following error when testing your SSL connection to DB2.

Message: The server selected protocol version TLS11 is not accepted by client preferences [TLS13, TLS12]. ERRORCODE=-4499, SQLSTATE=08001
