You may receive a Health Check incident or an Internal Communication via email indicating a high number of user sessions from a specific tenant.
This Knowledge Base Article will help you understand the suggested number of user sessions that can be opened in a ByD tenant.
Environment
SAP Business ByDesign.
Resolution
The suggested number of user sessions in the system is a maximum of 25 sessions per user in SAP Business ByDesign.
If there are more than 25 sessions per user, it can cause performance issues in the system, affecting all the work centers.
These sessions refer to browser tabs that a user might have open on their screens. Unless the user closes these sessions, they remain in our backend, blocking memory unnecessarily.
Therefore, if you wish to use multiple user sessions, we kindly recommend closing the sessions that you are no longer using. By doing so, you will prevent performance issues in the system.
