Symptom
Executive Dashborad keep Total Loss and Cumulative Loss 0 JPY in the tile Alert Distribution.
My understanding is if you have completed Alerts this chart will be updated.
1. Is particular configuration or conditions of closed Alerts required to display these fields? We have some Alerts of 'Confirmed', 'False Alarm' and 'Closed Without investigation' although a number of 'False Alarm' and 'Closed Without investigation' is small.
2. Customizing 'Alert Category' has added. There are several user- defined 'Alert Category'. Do we need any settings or programming to display correct data in Total Loss and Cumulative Loss because of this change?
