Performance issue during SD document processing (VF04 or background job SDBILLDL), the expensive statements indicates SAPLV61Z (the ABAP program for function module SD_COND_ACCESS) for some condition tables are the most consuming executions. 

Trace analysis indicates that following statement is the cause of the slow performance:

            SELECT * FROM (t681-kotab) APPENDING TABLE <cond_tab>

                   AND   datab <= se_date
                   AND   (coding_tab).
