3350691 - Slow performance on SD_COND_ACCESS related to condition table processing

Performance issue on SD document processing ( VF04 or background job SDBILLDL ) , the expensive statements indicates SAPLV61Z ( the ABAP program for function module SD_COND_ACCESS)  for some condition tables are the most consuming executions. 

Trace analysis indicates that following statement as the cause of the slow performance:

            SELECT * FROM (t681-kotab) APPENDING TABLE <cond_tab>
                   WHERE kappl  = se_kappl
                   AND   kschl  = se_kschl
                   AND   datbi >= se_date
                   AND   datab <= se_date
                   AND   (coding_tab).
