3350699 - ‘Created on’ field is not available in the File Download selection criteria for cost center.

Symptom

When downloading a file for Cost Center data, 'Created On' is not available as a search criteria.

It is available in the general search of Cost Centers, but not as an option to choose when downloading a file.
