3350758 - [Onboarding] Rule Evaluation is not working as expected in Personal Data Collection when checking the criteria based on Compensation Information

We have created business rule for external users in Personal Data Collection Step based on fields from Compensation Information. However, the rule is evaluated successfully only in EC/Employees. It is not triggered for external users in Personal Data Collection Step.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• The rule evaluation will fail for external users since the fields in compensation information is cannot be permissioned to the external users
• Since the Onboardee does not have the permission to view the compensation information rule evaluation will fail in onboardee context
• It is also recommended that you set the onboarding context to "No" in case any business rule is configured in the compensation information module. These rules without the onboarding context set to "No" may lead to unwanted exceptional errors.
