Resolution

Administration -> System Configuration : toggle on Disable the mobile app cache

The SAP Analytics Cloud iOS mobile app will cache your data (all sources) for 7 days. This cache is encrypted on the device. The cached data is only accessible via the app. You can always clear the story related cached data using the Clear Storage (Clear Cache on the Android app) setting.

An SAP Analytics Cloud admin can enable the Disable the mobile app cache setting on the web application and thereby turn the cache off for all users.
