3351063 - "You need additional permission to comment in this model. Contact the owner of the model for permissions." error message appears in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Unable to add new comment to a Comment Widget in a Story.
• The following error message appears:
  "You need additional permission to comment in this model. Contact the owner of the model for permissions." 
  
  
• All the necessary privileges and permissions are assigned to the user.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2023.8.8 

1. Logon to SAC.
2. Open the Story having comment widget.
3. Notice that it is not possible to add new comments. Error message will pop-up, despite the fact that the user has the necessary Read permissions.
