3351135 - In Maintain Bill Of Material App (F1813) edit with new Change Number, the Release Key cannot be defined

In Maintain Bill of Material app (F1813) when editing a BOM with a new change number, there is no option to influence the Release key.

1. Maintain bill of material app
2. Search for a BOM and open it
3. Click on edit
4. Edit with change number
5. Unselect the use existing change number
6. There is no option for release key setting

It is as per the initial standard design that the change numbers directly created in the Maintain Bill of Material app (in position overview window) is meant for quick use, and would always have status as 1 (active) and 'without release key' (irrespective of what is maintained in customizing) so that it can be used instantly to make active changes to BOM items.

To be able to configure the release key for a change number, the change number should be created directly in CC01 app.
