3351155 - Getting an error that quota for custom sensitive personal data fields is exceeded - Recruiting Management

Is there a limit on the number of custom fields that can have an attribute of sensitive="true" in Job Application templates?

I am getting the below error when adding more than 10 custom fields with sensitive="true":

Error: Wrapped Exception: com.successfactors.sca.ServiceApplicationException: The quota for custom sensitive personal data fields is exceeded (11 out of 10).

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Templates
2. Then go to Recruiting Management tab > Job Application
3. In your Job Application template, add more than 10 custom fields with Is Sensitive = True and Is Anonymized = True
4. Click on Publish button and you will get an error that publishing the template is not successful because of this validation:
   • Error: Wrapped Exception: com.successfactors.sca.ServiceApplicationException: The quota for custom sensitive personal data fields is exceeded (11 out of 10).

  • Standard fields: ssn, ethnicity, race, and disabilityStatus.
  • Custom fields: A maximum of 10 custom fields can be configured as sensitive across the suite.
