3351185 - Timeout when consuming SOAP API

Whenever consuming a SOAP API, receiving an error message "timeout" or "Unexpected end of file from server".

Settings for environment are defined to 100 seconds, in order to reduce load of server.

If needed, timeout can be increased up to 20 minutes. Please reach out to Product Support and provide the following:

1. Explicit request for timeout extension;
2. Amount if needed timeout;
3. Environment where this should be applied;
4. Explicit approval.
