3351292 - Last Visited Date is Empty or Showing Wrong Data in Visit Information for DVP

In Dynamic Visit Planning, the field "Last Visited Date" is empty or showing wrong data in the visit information tab for your account's visit plan.

1. Go to Customer Work Center View 
2. Go to Account View 
3. Open your Account 
4. Go to Visit Information tab 
5. The filed "Last Visited Date" is empty or showing wrong data for your visit plan 
6. Go to Dynamic Visit Planning Work Center 
7. Go to Visit List View 
8. Filter the owner of the visit 
9. There's one visit with completed status 

The last visited date is computed from the actual date when the visit was done for the account. The visit must be in completed state. Also, it needs to have same visit type and same sales area(Sales Organization, Division and Distribution Channel) as the ones maintained for the visit plan. 

Please check and make sure that your account's visit plan and your visit meets the below criteria for having the correct value for "Last Visited Date"

• Visit is in completed state
• Account in visit plan = Account in visit
• Visit type in visit plan = Visit type in visit
• Sales area in visit plan = Sales area in visit

In case you found that your visit is completed in the Visit view and same visit is not completed in the Visit List View under Dynamic Visit Planning Work Center, please report one case to us for checking this sync issue.
