3351300 - Error during ATP Check on provider side; report an incident.

When you are trying to perform ATP check in a sales order for line items, system throws an error:-

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Sales order work center.
2. Go to Sales Orders View.
3. Show: All orders via drop down.
4. Search required sales order ID and edit it.
5. Here warning message occurs as below :-  Error during ATP Check on provider side; report an incident.

Since for "To-Stock" items, quantity is not updated therefore while checking ATP system throws an error.

Once user updates the quantity against each line item, ATP gets triggered and as per the stock availability in the system error disappears.

Maintain the quantity against the line items in a sales order then system checks the ATP for required quantity as per ship from determination.
