3351481 - Inactive Competencies still showing in Job Requisition - Recruiting Management

After making a compatency inactive in Manage Data, you still can see the inactive competency in job requisition, even creating it from start.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Data;
2. Select Compatency and the name, then make correction to it;
3. Make its status inactive and save;
   
4. Now go to Recruiting > Create New job requisition;
   
5. Select  'Browse Organization Structure', select a 'Department', you will see that the competencies are still displayed there;
   
6. After requisition is created, the inactive competencias are displaying as well under Job Profile.

Competencies were not removed from Job Profile Content page.

Only making competencies inactive will not "unmap" them from Job Profiles. Competencies need to be removed first from Family & Roles mapped competencies in Job Profile Content page.

For this reason, please make competencies Active again and then you will be able to remove them from mapped competencies of Family and Roles.

1. Go to Manage Job Profile Content page;
2. Select Family and Roles;
3. Select Family name;
4. Go to the tab Family Competencies;
5. Find the competencies you want to remove (they have to be Active) and under Actions click to gear icon to Remove it.

After following those steps, the competencies will not longer be linked to job profile anymore and then you can inactive them if you want.
