Symptom

How to hide Job Location Visibility in Onboarding Dashboard

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

Log in to the instance
Proxy as the affected user who can see the information
Go to the Onboarding Dashboard
Search for the candidate
Under the candidate's name, the Job Location is visible

Resolution

Remove the permissions from the affected user's role:
- Go to Manage Permission Roles:
  - Permissions:
    - Employee Central Effective Dated Entities > Job Information > Job Classification / Job Location
    - Employee Central API > Employee Central HRIS OData API (read-only)

Note:

As per the standard behavior, we don't have feasibility to remove only Job classification / Job Location.

If you remove any of above mentioned permissions, Both Job Classification / Job Location will not be visible in the onboarding dashboard

If you would like to change or improve this system behavior, we would suggest you submit an Enhancement Request to the product management team which will be reviewed and voted on and could be included in the next release of the product.
