1. Access “Check Tool”.
2. Locate the "Time Off" check titled “Time accounts that have not been bookable for 6 months or more are closed. (NotBookableOpenTimeAccounts)”.
3. Values such as "external code", "rule", and "registered on" are displaying incorrectly in URL format. 

Known Issue. 

Fix targeted for b2405 release.
