3351641 - Process activity not getting closed after receiving customs declaration.

Symptom

  • The previous process activity does not get closed, as a result the new message cannot be processed.

  • A process activity is not completed after acceptance of a customs export declaration in the normal procedure.

  • The error message says Execution is not allowed .The predecessor activity has not been completed.
