In the Learning admin side, it is possible to find some item type IDs that start with "SYSTEM". E.g.: SYSTEM_COLLECTION_ENTITY, SYSTEM_EXTERNAL_ENTITY, SYSTEM_PROGRAM_ENTITY, SYSTEM_QUICKGUIDE_ENTITY.

SYSTEM_COLLECTION_ENTITY, SYSTEM_EXTERNAL_ENTITY, SYSTEM_PROGRAM_ENTITY, SYSTEM_QUICKGUIDE_ENTITY: These system item type IDs are reserved for the application, used in the backend, when necessary, and are not programmable by Learning admin actions.

To clarify, the “SYSTEM_EXTERNAL_ENTITY” item type is related to external items. They are automatically classified as such by the application during the import process of OCN courses.
