When executing a search in 'Monitor Production / Planned Orders (COOIS)' app, selection conditions are specified at the operation level or component level. However, the system issues operations or components in the operation or component list that do not correspond to these conditions.

1. Go to 'Monitor Production / Planned Orders (COOIS)' app
2. Choose list 'Operations'
3. Insert selection criteria for operation level, e.g. Work Center = 'Work1'
4. Execute the selection
5. On result screen you see also operations with another Work Center, not only Work Center 'Work1'

Standard system behavior.

The selection conditions on the initial screen of the information system are used to identify an order. The system then displays the operations or components of the orders that are found in the corresponding list.

If you want to restrict the display of the operations or components, you must use the option 'Reduced Reading' in section 'Options' in selection screen of 'Monitor Production / Planned Orders (COOIS)' app.

If you select 'Reduced Reading', the system reads only operations belonging to the order header that match the selection criteria on operation level (the work center/resource entered). In this way, the number of operations is reduced, which in turn reduces the amount of related confirmations. The system then only displays the goods movements with errors relating to the remaining confirmations. This reduces the size of the output list and usually leads to a considerable improvement in performance, as not all of the data has to be read.

If you do not select Reduced Reading, the system reads all dependent objects for the output list. This means that even operations (and their related confirmations and goods movements with errors) that do not match the work center/resource entered are read.
