Symptom
The Clean Tables policy in the policy editor controls an important system job for managing the growth of certain tables in the system. This is a "singleton" policy, meaning that you just select it in the policy editor, as there will never be subpolicies that you expand further to see. When set up properly and the scheduler is running, Clean tables will run daily to remove records from the specified tables beyond a specified number of days or amount of data (with certain defined rules).
