3351690 - XML workflow not triggered on Compensation Info

Symptom

When Centralized Services feature "Centralized Services to Save Changes on the Manager Self-Service UI for Change Job and Compensation Info" is enabled, the XML workflow is not triggered via Take Action > Change Job and Compensation Information.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Employee Profile;
2. Take action > Change Job and Compensation Information;
3. Select the date;
4. Change event reason;
5. Change the 'amount' value;
6. The workflow configured in XML is not triggered.

But when the feature: "Centralized Services to Save Changes on the Manager Self-Service UI for Change Job and Compensation Info" is disabled, the XML workflow trigger as expected.

Cause

Engineering Team is investigating this issue.

Resolution

The issue will be fixed in 2H 2023 release which is scheduled on 20th Oct 2023 for Preview environments and 17th Nov 2023 for Production environments.

Workaround: Go to 'Company System and Logo Settings' and disable the feature: "Centralized Services to Save Changes on the Manager Self-Service UI for Change Job and Compensation Info".
