3351812 - SM50 still shows old number workprocess even after changing

• The number of workprocess has been changed through profile parameter (e.g. rdisp/wp_no_btc rdisp/wp_no_dia)
• System has been restarted already
• However, it's still showing old number work process in SM50

At the same time, following trace can be seen in dispatcher trace (dev_disp):
