3351856 - "Download Status" option is missing for completed Employee Import Job

Symptom

After an Employee Import job is completed, the "Download Status" option is not displayed in View Details within Scheduled Job Manager.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Scheduled Job Manager.
  2. Filter the results by the job type Employee Import.
  3. Locate a completed job and select View Details.
  4. Notice that the Download Status option is not available.

Cause

This is expected behavior. The Download Status option is only generated when all records in the Employee Import job are processed successfully. If one or more records fail during the import process, the Download Status option will not be available in the job details.

Resolution

The job owner will receive an email notification containing the import results. Review the email notification sent to the job owner to identify the affected records and the reason for each failure.
