Symptom
There is an existing Emergency contact with name "Test" and relationship "Child", however, there is some wrong value shows in other fields. How to update it via Import Employee Data<Emergency Contact?

Resolution
"name" and "relationship" fields are the key values to locate whether the contact person is existing in Emergency Contact or not.
Thus,
- If "name" and "relationship" fields need to be changed, system will consider this as a new contact person.
- You could export all Emergency Contact data via Reporting, correct the values and do Full Purge Type import in "Import Employee Data<Emergency Contact".

- You could export all Emergency Contact data via Reporting, correct the values and do Full Purge Type import in "Import Employee Data<Emergency Contact".

- Delete the existing record with Operation "DELETE" in imported file. Fill the new values in the same file. Do Incremental Import in "Import Employee Data<Emergency Contact"
