3352057 - Extended ECM – WebReports – WebReports may behave as if it is unlicensed even if a valid license is applied

In Extended ECM, it may appear as if WebReports is not licensed even if a valid license is applied.

Symptoms:

1. The “WebReports” section of ?func=admin.viewLicense indicates a Valid license is applied.
2. There is a “WebReports” entry in the License Keys section of OTDS with a valid key applied.
3. The “WebReport” node isn’t visible in the Add Item menu, even if the user has permissions and privileges to create a WebReport node.
4. For existing WebReport nodes:
   The Constants, Destination, Parameters or Source Properties tabs aren’t visible in the Function Menu of a WebReport node.
5. In the Admin pages, the WebReports section is named: “WebReports Administration (Unlicensed)”.
6. WebReport nodes can still be executed without a licensing error being returned.
7. WebReports widgets aren’t available in the Smart UI.
8. PowerViews aren’t enabled on Form objects.
