RTE (Rich Text) in Additional Data Collection Step disappears after saving. 

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Core 

1. Go to Manage Configuration UI -> select the UI of your choosing. 
2. Click on Edit Properties on the desired field, change YES on the RTE field.
3. RTE editor appears. Try to put some random instruction and save.
4. Save the UI. After saving, the RTE disappears and the change you did will be gone.

Known issue at this time.
