3352509 - Unable to add Competency to an Item

When adding a Competency to an item, there is no such tab.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM > navigate to Learning Administration 
2. At Learning Activities > Items > search the required item and open its record 
3. Notice that there is no tab called Competencies.

Since the 1H2023 release, the name "Competencies" has been replaced by "Attributes" in several pages inside Learning Administration.

• As part of the transition to Talent Intelligence Hub, the Competencies tab name is now updated to Attributes for all users. The change is applied only to specific pages that support adding multiple attribute types such as competencies and skills.

At the item's record, instead of a Competencies tab, look for Attributes.
