3352601 - Refresh is not working on Concur model

Concur Expense Entries model 'SAP__TE_GEN_IM_EXPENSEENTRY' refreshinsh (standard business content) is not working.

The connection is working fine.

It keeps loading for around 1h and the an error is raised: 'Refresh failed'
