3352615 - Country of Issuance Kosovo in Mail or Physical Address Panels not available - Onboarding 1.0

The United States formally recognized Kosovo as a sovereign and independent state on February 18. To date, Kosovo has been recognized by a robust majority of European states, the United States, Japan, and Canada, and by other states from the Americas, Africa, and Asia. However, Kosovo isn't showing as part of the Country list when candidates try to provide their Mail and Physical addresses in panels:

• Federal_SS5_1

Defect.

• This issue is with standard panel controls and cannot be handle from any of the defined data lists in the application, hence, updating the Countries list in Reference files did not resolve the issue.

PERMANENT FIX: ONB-34293

• The Team has created a code-correction to fix this and was already deployed on 1H 2023 (b2305)
