3352725 - Cross - Tab widget Exported with File Type Xlsx in ODE doesn't have option to select Scope as "All"

Symptom

When user runs any Story report created in ODE and tries to Export Cross - Tab widget with File Type as Xlsx, we can see that Scope only shows as "Point of view"
