Symptom

The stack trace followed Error 622 includes the following functions:

server Error: 622, Severity: 20, State: 1                                                                                                                                                                                                
server  Opentable was passed a varno of 250. Object '' in database 'saptempdb' already has that session descriptor in use. This occurred while opening object id -xxxxin database id 6.
