3352855 - Receiving the following error using the Job analyzer Tool - "The Job Analysis Services is experiencing a temporary downtime"

When using the Job Analyzer tool you receive the following message:

"The Job Analysis Services is experiencing a temporary downtime" 

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. Go to Recruiting module

2. Open a job requisition

3. Click the "Job analyzer" feature on the right side of the job req page

4. Then the following error will be received:

"The Job Analysis service is experiencing a temporary downtime. Please try again later."

There is an "\" in the Job Profile content.

Issue has been reviewed and verified by Engineering.

At the moment the workaround is to remove any \ from Job Profile Content.

This issue is committed to a fix for the b2405 Product Release - RCM-118488.

At the moment release dates for Release have not been finalised but will be added here once confirmed.
