3353062 - Picklist Dropdown icon "v" mix with the long Text

When a value with many characters is selected from a picklist field when applying to a Quick Apply enabled Job Req, the arrow to open the picklist dropdown menu is hidden somewhere in the field. While in non-enabled Quick Apply Job Reqs the arrow shows always at the end of the value selected, no matter how long that value is.

1. Start applying to any Quick Apply jobs 
2. Select a value with many characters from a Picklist field
3. The arrow of the picklist is hidden behind the value and can be barely seen

This is a UI cosmetic defect affecting only applications for Job Requisitions with Quick Apply enabled. 

The issue will be fixed with the b2305 release: Preview: October 20, 2023 | Production: November 17, 2023.
