Symptom

Calculations for impact score and impact levels are incorrect in case 'sum' method chosen for impact aggregation.

For example, calculation for impact score = 10+50=70, but should be 60. As a result, the impact level is “Major”, but should be “Moderate”, according to impact levels defined in customizing.
