3353150 - Moblink Server sporadically reports "Invalid User ID or Password" until restarted - SQL Anywhere

Symptom

  • After changing the password used by Mobilink to connect to the consolidated, some synchronizations succeed, while other fail with  "Invalid User ID or Password".
  • Restarting Mobilink resolves the problem.
