3353200 - Access Permission Issue: User does not have READ access permission for Transaction Participant Pre-Assignment resource in Incentive Management APIs (Kubernetes)

Symptom

When attempting to execute the Incentive Management APIs (Kubernetes), an error message is displayed stating that the user with the ID does not have the necessary READ access permission for the Transaction Participant Pre-Assignment resource.

Error message:

"User does not have READ access permission for Transaction Participant Pre-Assignment resource."
