3353219 - Roles changes take long time to take effect in Cloud Integration

Symptom

When adding a role to role collection (using IDP) it takes long time to take effect in SAP BTP (almost 1 hour). Also, when assigning role collections to Cloud Integration users or updating the service instance, it takes long time to reflect, and the calls to Cloud Integration return with 403 error but after some minutes (almost 1 hour) the call is successfully sent.
