Symptom

  • In Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) the error below occurs in the JMS Communication Channel Monitor related to a JMS Adapter:
    Error connecting due to missing class: com.ibm.mq.jms.MQQueueConnectionFactory. Please ensure that all needed resources are present in the JMS provider library: com.sap.aii.adapter.lib.sda
  • The background may be that an SP update via Telnet (and not SUM) has just been completed in this system. 
  • Or perhaps new drivers or jar files have recently been deployed.
