3353291 - More Info pop-up under Change History in job requisition not displaying correctly

When you click the More Info link under Change History in the INFO pop-up, the resulting pop-up window is not appearing correctly. When new horizon theme is enabled. And when disabled it is working fine. 

1) Go to a job requisition

2) Click on the Info icon

3) In the resulting pop-up window, scroll down to Change History

4) Find an entry that has a More Info link

5) The resulting pop-up is unreadable

New horizon theme enabled.

Our engineering team has been notified with this issue and they are working on it towards the fix, in the meantime as a work around you can access this by disabling the new horizon theme. We will update the article according to the engineering updates and further fix date.
