3353292 - User can't see the team goal shared by others in Manage Team Goals

User can't see the team goal shared by others in Manage Team Goals feature.

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. User A goes to Manage Team Goals and creates a team goal.
2. User A shares the team goal with user B.
3. User B goes to Manage Team Goals, but can't see the shared team goal.

User B doesn't have permission to view user A's goal plan.

Please modify the permission role that includes the Goal Plan Permissions to make sure user A is in user B's target population.
